02.08.12 – Exciting News About St. Lucia Jazz Festival

I’ll be playing with Steel Pan Masters Allison Marquis and Andy Narell on May 12, 2012 at the Saint Lucia Jazz Festival.  I’m so excited about this performance because we’ll be playing on the main stage in Pigeon Island and will be playing some great compositions and arrangements by Allison and Andy.  In addition to this peformance, I’ll be leading the St. Lucia School of Music Big Band at Jazz at Seraphine on May 10, and the St. Lucia School of Music Black Antz Jazz Combo on May 6 at Coconut Bay Hotel for Jazz in the South, May 9 at Jazz at Tea Time at Place Carenage, and May 10 at Fire Grill.  I’ll also be performing myself at Jazz at Seraphine on May 10, Fire Grill on May 10, and Jacques on the Waterfront on May 13.  It will be an exciting time in St. Lucia and I can’t wait!!

Happy New Year! – 01.03.12

Happy New Year to all! After a brief trip back to New Orleans where I performed at the Palmer Arts Market, Victory Bar, Banks St Bar, and the Neutral Ground, I have returned to Saint Lucia for the new term at the Saint Lucia School of Music. I’m very excited about this term as a new faculty member and I will be developing a full jazz curriculum. I’m also excited about playing some gigs on electric bass as well as saxophone! Stay tuned to the site for announcements of upcoming gigs in Saint Lucia and beyond!

Greetings from the island of St. Lucia! I am teaching at the St. Lucia School of Music and playing gigs around the island. I’ll be back in New Orleans in December so keep an eye out for upcoming gigs. In the meantime, explore my website, watch some videos and listen to some music.
